The humor popped up effortlessly and enjoyably and wrapped into lessons such as, Yet I haven't felt this much emotion in closing a book in such a long time! The novel is a tribute to all women there is humor and pain and alongside Ana's voice, the voice of so many more women who have been silenced over the centuries. ![]() For the first 1/4 of The Book of Longings I didn't think I would be absorbed by this novel. ![]()
